Leave the timing to the screen and just meditate

Visual Breathing counts the in–hold–out–hold rhythm for you, using a circle on screen. Instead of counting seconds, you follow the circle. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for — open the link and start. Your settings stay in this browser.

How do I use it?

Two taps. One to start, one to finish.

  1. Tap the circle. A 3 · 2 · 1 countdown runs.
  2. Breathe in while the circle grows, out while it shrinks. The line under the circle tells you what to do now.
  3. Tap the circle again to finish. Your time and cycle count stay in its place.
  4. To change the seconds or the wording, open settings. Settings lock while a session is running.

The defaults are 4 seconds in, 1 second hold, 4 seconds out, 1 second hold. You can start without touching anything.

What the screen shows you, and answers to common questions, are collected in the guide.

Using it safely

If you feel dizzy or your hands or feet start to tingle, stop right away and go back to your normal breathing. Breathing faster than usual on purpose, or much more deeply, can bring that on.
